Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer - Video and Graphic Design to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics; creating and editing videos, presentations, brochures, branding materials, social media visuals, newsletters, event banners, etc. to support our various marketing and communication needs. This role plays a critical part in shaping our brand identity, strengthening digital presence, and driving audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design layouts for digital and print materials, including but not limited to brochures, videos, social media graphics, website assets, newsletters, presentations, event banners, and marketing collaterals.
• Create and edit engaging video content (short-form and long-form) for social media, marketing campaigns, product demos, and brand storytelling.
• Design visual materials that support marketing and sales efforts, including presentations, sales decks, one-pagers, digital banners, and promotional materials.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing, social media, and product promotions.
• Develop high-quality graphics, animations, and visual storytelling elements to enhance content impact.
• Creating infographics and presentation materials to simplify the communication of complex data and technical concepts.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to translate ideas into compelling visual storytelling.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and video editing techniques to continuously improve output quality.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, messaging, and organizational standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives with a strong focus on visual consistency and brand integrity.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Graphic Design / Video Editing / Multimedia Content Creation (preferably in the B2B, SaaS, or IT domain).
• Hands-on experience in using software tools like Photoshop, Canva, Figma, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro video editing tools, etc.
• Working knowledge of the latest AI tools for image and video generation.
• Good understanding of Typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
• Experience creating performance marketing creatives and not just aesthetic branding work.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
