Manager / Assistant Manager Digital Communications & Social Media

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Role & responsibilities

1. Social Media & Digital Content

• Manage and grow companies social media presence across relevant platforms.


• Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with business, brand and communication priorities.


• Create and manage posts, reels, stories, videos and other digital content formats.


• Write engaging and effective copy for social media and digital platforms.


• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging and visual identity across channels.


• Track audience engagement, growth and other relevant performance indicators.

2. Content Creation & Storytelling

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content and identify communication opportunities.


• Work with photographers, videographers, designers and agencies to produce high-quality content.


• Support content creation around hotel launches, milestones, events, partnerships, food and beverage, people, culture and other brand initiatives.

3. Digital Campaigns

• Support the planning and execution of digital communication campaigns.


• Develop campaign-specific content and coordinate its rollout across relevant platforms.


• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery.

4. Website & Digital Platforms

• Support the management and regular updating of relevant websites and digital platforms.


• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams on content requirements.


• Manage content uploads and updates through relevant CMS platforms.


• Support basic SEO and website analytics requirements.

5. Special Projects

• Support specific communication initiatives, including art, culture, sustainability, employer branding, events and other strategic projects.


• Where required, work on digital communication and content for Company Art and other cultural programming.
