The Digital India BHASHINI Division (DIBD) is an Independent Business Division under Digital India Corporation (DIC), with its Delhi office at Electronics Niketan, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. The designation is allocated according to the candidate's experience level. The post is in the Digital India BHASHINI Division and reports to the CEO-DIBD.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience

• A Full time B.S./B.Tech. /B.E. or equivalent degree or B.Sc. (IT/CS) with a Post-Graduation in a Technical Background may be considered.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP, including compute, storage, networking, and security services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and observability tools, and applying DevOps practices for high-availability and performance optimization.

Preferred

• MBA/M. Tech.
• Strong proficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling and service networking (an added advantage).
• Proven experience in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef or Puppet.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking (VPC/VNet, subnets, routing, load balancers, firewalls) and data platforms (SQL/NoSQL databases, caching systems).

Role and Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, high-availability technical solutions inspired by large digital platforms.
• Translate business and functional requirements into end-to-end technical architectures and solution designs.
• Support onboarding and integration of partner applications and services into the platform ecosystem.
• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure for AI, data and application workloads.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code and automation using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation and Ansible.
• Implement cloud operations best practices, including autoscaling, configuration management and cost optimization.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for platform and application deployments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize cloud and application environments for performance and reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams and solution blueprints for internal teams and partners.
• Work with internal teams to identify gaps, improve processes and enhance solution delivery.
• Deliver customer service in a client-facing role, using strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
