Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Operations & Leadership: lead enterprise infrastructure operations and service delivery.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of infrastructure services.
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and major outages.
• Drive operational improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization.
• Manage capacity planning, lifecycle management, and tech refresh initiatives.
• Lead technical teams and coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.

The role requires a leader who can drive operational excellence, automation, cloud adoption, infrastructure transformation, and service reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities
