Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Dialysis Technician to work onsite in Punjab. The role involves setting up and operating haemodialysis machines to provide patient care, attaching dialyser and tubing, and preparing the required solutions.

You will label patient lines, explain the procedure to patients, connect the machine to the access site, monitor for malfunctions, and maintain all logs and records to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate haemodialysis machines for patients.
• Attach dialyser and tubing and prime circuits with 0.9% saline.
• Label dialyser and bloodlines with patient name and ID.
• Prepare dialysis solutions and bicarbonate according to formula.
• Explain dialysis procedure and operation to patient before treatment.
• Connect machine to patient access site to initiate dialysis.
• Monitor haemodialysis machine for malfunctions.
• Maintain log books, forms and registers.
