Job summary

Gleneagles Healthcare India Private Limited - Clinic is seeking a Junior Dialysis Technician to operate haemodialysis machines, prepare dialysate solutions, and ensure patient safety during treatments. You will announce the procedure to patients, connect interfaces, monitor the equipment, and keep accurate logbooks.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience, a positive attitude, and strong patient handling skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in haemodialysis procedures and patient care.
• Ability to handle dialysis equipment and monitor treatment during sessions.
• Strong teamwork and patient communication during therapy.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate haemodialysis machines for treatment.
• Prime extracorporeal circuits and label patient lines prior to use.
• Prepare dialysis solutions and bicarbonate as per standard formula.
• Explain dialysis procedure to patient to alleviate anxieties.
• Connect machine to patient access site and initiate dialysis.
• Monitor machine performance and report malfunctions.
• Maintain log books and required documentation.
