Job summary

Mywhy is seeking an experienced Collections Operations Lead in Delhi to drive 전략 for international BPO collections. The role requires hands-on experience with LiveVox, and a proven track record in managing KPIs and operational performance.

You will oversee collection strategies, dialer optimization, and stakeholder management, guiding a team to achieve ambitious targets while maintaining compliance and process discipline.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in collections or BPO operations.
• 2+ years in a managerial role in collections.
• Experience in International BPO or global collections environments.
• Hands-on experience with LiveVox or similar dialer platforms is required.
• Strong ability to manage KPIs, dashboards and operational performance.

• Lead and optimize collection strategies and dialer campaigns.
• Drive KPI achievement and operational performance across teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate performance regularly.
