Job summary

Bridgexcel in India is seeking an experienced collections professional to lead a large team and drive performance across critical collection processes. You will monitor dialer operations, data churn and IVR churn while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Strong analytical and leadership skills are essential.

The role requires hands-on MS Excel reporting, experience in BFSI/fintech environments is a plus, and candidates who can join within 15–30 days are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in in-house collections.
• Experience as Collection TL / Assistant Manager / Collection Manager.
• Strong experience in managing large teams (70–80 members).
• Hands-on knowledge of dialer, dialer funnel, data churn and IVR churn.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and collection MIS/reporting.
• Strong analytical, leadership and team-management skills.
• Available to join immediately or within 15–30 days.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage and lead a large collections team of approximately 7080 members.
• Drive collection performance and ensure achievement of business and productivity targets.
• Manage and monitor dialer operations, dialer funnel, and data churn.
• Track and analyze IVR churn and take corrective actions to improve collection efficiency.
• Monitor team productivity, call performance, conversion, and collection metrics.
• Prepare and analyze collection reports using MS Excel.
• Identify operational gaps and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collection operations.
• Mentor, motivate, and manage Collection TLs/AMs and the overall team.

Required Skills & Experience:-
