Firstcreditonline is seeking a Dialer Manager in Maharashtra to own inbound and outbound dialer operations, campaign design, caller ID management, and compliance governance.

This role focuses on optimizing contact performance through intelligent dialing approaches, time-zone–aligned execution, and data-driven decision making, partnering with Operations, Compliance, and Technology to support scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in contact center dialer management or telephony operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Minimum Graduation from any recognized University.

Responsibilities

• Dialer Manager owns end-to-end inbound and outbound dialer operations, including campaign design and dialing strategy.
• Collaborates with Operations, Compliance and Technology to ensure scalable, compliant, high-performing dialer operations.

• The Dialer Manager is responsible for end-to-end ownership of inbound and outbound dialer operations, including campaign design, dialing strategy, caller ID management, and compliance governance.
• This role focuses on optimizing contact performance through intelligent dialing approaches, time-zone–aligned execution, and data-driven decision making. The Dialer Manager partners closely with Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-performing dialer operations that support business scorecards without increasing dial volumes.
