Job summary

Globiva in India is seeking a telecom software specialist to design, develop, test, and deploy IP PBX solutions using Asterisk-based dialer systems. You will troubleshoot VoIP networks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EPABX with IP telephony platforms.

The role involves hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of dialer systems, with opportunities to optimize performance and support customers in a fast-paced IT services environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in IT services & consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Asterisk-based dialer systems and their integration with IP PBX/VOIP networks.
• Experience working with EPABX systems and ability to configure them for seamless integration with IP telephony platforms.
