Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand technical and business requirements.
• Design and propose VoIP and Dialer-based telecom solutions.
• Deliver product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients.
• Prepare solution documents, architecture diagrams, and technical proposals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Project teams for solution finalization.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and support POC activities.
• Assist in pilot deployments, testing, and client onboarding processes.
• Troubleshoot basic call flow and VoIP-related issues during pre-sales activities.
• Stay updated with the latest VoIP technologies and telecom industry trends.
• Conduct solution training sessions for internal teams and channel partners.

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Pre-Sales Engineer with expertise in VoIP, Dialer, and Asterisk-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing telecom solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting the sales team in delivering effective communication solutions to customers.
