Job summary

Alpauls seeks a DGM – Rotary Kiln Operations to lead and optimize kiln operations at our Kerur site in Karnataka. The role focuses on stable clinker production, energy efficiency, and process optimization. Accommodation is provided.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and extensive experience with large dry-process kilns. Education is open to any graduate with cement-industry exposure.

Qualifications

Experience in rotary kiln operations and clinker production.
Strong troubleshooting skills for kiln issues.
Proven leadership and analytical abilities.
Experience with pyro-processing and kiln optimization.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize rotary kiln operations for stable clinker production.
Monitor kiln parameters, heat consumption and output.

LOCATION - KERUR, KARNATAKA

SALARY - Upto 90 K + Bonus

EDUCATION - ANY Graduate

INDUSTRY: Cement Industry preferred. The role involves leading kiln operations, optimizing performance, ensuring clinker quality, and driving energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize rotary kiln operations for stable and efficient clinker production
Monitor kiln parameters, heat consumption, and output to achieve performance targets
