Job summary

Svachit in India seeks a Head – Process for a DRI plant with 10–15 years of overall management experience of 100 TPD kilns. You will be responsible for process control, production planning, and driving operational efficiency.

You will lead troubleshooting efforts and manage a team to ensure safety, quality, and on-time production in a demanding steel manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in overall management of 100 TPD kilns.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Experience in steel manufacturing and process optimization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee process control for DRI kiln operations.
• Lead production planning and scheduling.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement solutions.
