Job summary

Sowparnika is seeking an experienced Real Estate Law Counsel to manage litigation related to property, lease deeds, and regulatory compliance. You will provide non-litigation advice, draft agreements, and notices, and oversee the preparation of transactional documents.

The role requires 15–24 years of real estate law experience, LLB from a recognized institution, and strong negotiation and communication skills to coordinate with external counsel and ensure adherence to applicable laws.

Qualifications

• 15-24 years of experience in a similar role or related field (real estate law).
• LLB - Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, property laws, litigation management, and drafting agreements.
• Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and dispute resolution.
