Job summary

Ig3 Infra in Chennai, India seeks an experienced Legal Counsel with 5-8 years in real estate and corporate matters to draft deeds, advise on civil litigation, and handle MOUs and contracts.

You will manage litigation and non-litigation issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and support company affairs in a fast-paced real estate environment. LLB required; LLM preferred; both genders welcomed.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in real estate law or a similar role.
• LLB from a recognized university; LLM preferred.
• Strong understanding of civil cases, arbitration, property disputes, and MOUs.
• Ability to draft deeds, sale deeds, and legal notices.

Responsibilities

• Draft deeds, agreements, and other legal documents.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage legal documentation, including drafting deeds, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide expert advice on civil cases, arbitration matters, property disputes, and real estate laws.
• Handle litigation matters related to company affairs and non-litigation issues such as MOUs.
• Draft sale deeds and notices for various purposes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role or industry (real estate).
• LLB - Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized university.
• LLM - Master's degree in Law specializing in Real Estate Laws preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of civil cases, civil litigation, arbitration matters, property disputes, drafting deeds, sale deeds, legal notices, MOUs & Company Affairs.
• Both Female & Male candidates are eligible
• Age Limite: 25-40 years
