Job summary

CRC Group in India seeks an experienced DGM Investor Relations to lead investor communication, stakeholder management, financial reporting, and strategic investor engagement. The role will work closely with senior management, Finance, Business, and Legal teams to build investor confidence and ensure transparent communication of business and financial performance.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM – Finance / CA / CFA preferred.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Equity Research, or related functions.
• Experience in Real Estate / Listed Company / Infrastructure / Corporate environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Investor Relations strategy and stakeholder engagement with investors, shareholders, lenders, and financial institutions.
• Manage investor communication, meetings, calls, presentations, and queries.
• Prepare investor presentations, management reports, MIS, business updates, and financial performance analysis.
• Coordinate with Finance & Accounts for accurate financial information, results, and disclosures.
• Develop and present financial and business performance insights to senior management and investors.
• Support fundraising, capital structuring, investor onboarding, and strategic financial initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor performance, market developments, and investor sentiment.
• Maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Business teams for timely and accurate disclosures.
• Support senior management in investor meetings, conferences, earnings discussions, and strategic presentations.
• Ensure timely preparation and circulation of investor-related reports and communications.
• Maintain investor database, interaction records, feedback, and action trackers.
• Identify investor concerns and provide insights to management for improving stakeholder confidence.

Preferred Profile
