Job summary

Hector And Streak Consulting in Delhi seeks a Design Coordination leader to manage cross-disciplinary design work for major hospitality and luxury residential developments. You will drive strategy, oversee reviews, and ensure alignment with brand standards and project goals.

The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of experience, strong leadership, and fluency with AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp to steer collaborators across consultants and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 12–15+ years of relevant design coordination experience on large projects.
• Strong exposure to hospitality, luxury residential or mixed-use developments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination between architects, interior designers, MEP, structural and landscape consultants.
