Parent pay plus deputation allowance
- Parent pay plus deputation allowance and other perks and allowances as per DFCCIL policy.
- 3 years extendable to 5 years (subject to exemption by DPE from the rule of immediate absorption)
- Officers/employees of Indian Railways, Central/State Govt, or PSUs in relevant discipline and grade
Maximum 55 years (as on closing date of vacancy notice)

- Attested APARs ratings for the last five years
- Certificate advising requisite information in respect of the employee
- Screening of applications through proper channel
- Verification of APARs and vigilance clearance
- Command over working on computer (MS-word, Excel, Power point).
- The officer/employee should have experience of SAP/HRMS.
