New Delhi: The Rail Land Development Authority has released Vacancy Notice No. 09/2026 inviting applications to fill the post of General Manager (HR) on deputation basis.

RLDA is a statutory authority under the Ministry of Railways, responsible for rail land management and station redevelopment projects across India.

Pay Level: Level-14 (7th CPC)

Location: Delhi
Mode: Deputation (Normal terms)

Tenure of Deputation:
3 years + extendable for 4th and 5th year

Eligibility Criteria

Applications are invited from Group ‘A’ officers of organized services of Indian Railways in the following grades:

• SAG officer, OR
• SG officer with 17 years of regular service

Required Experience:
Experience in Human Resource Development, including HR policies.
