New Delhi: The Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL) has released Vacancy Notice No. 14/2026 inviting applications from eligible officers for the position of General Manager (Track) on a deputation basis. The post will be based at the organisation’s Corporate Office in Noida.

This opportunity is aimed at senior engineering professionals from Indian Railways, Government departments and Public Sector Undertakings who possess extensive experience in civil and track infrastructure.

Position Overview

• Post: General Manager (Track)
• Number of Vacancies: 01
• Location: Corporate Office, Noida
• Tenure: 3 years, extendable up to 5 years subject to approval
• Maximum Age Limit: 55 years

Selected candidates will receive parent pay plus deputation allowance, along with additional perks and benefits as per DFCCIL policy.

Eligibility Requirements

Government / Railway Officers

• Officers from IRSE or Engineering departments of Indian Railways, Central Government, or CPSUs
• Currently working in:
  • SAG (Level-14), or
  • SG (Level-13) with at least 17 years of Group ‘A’ service

PSU Officers

• Employees in:
  • E8 grade: ₹1,20,000 – ₹2,80,000 (IDA), or
  • E7 grade: ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000 with minimum 4 years’ service

Key Responsibilities

The role involves strategic and operational leadership across major civil and track infrastructure projects, including:

• Planning, execution and maintenance of civil works
• Preparation of estimates, tendering and project documentation (GAD/TAD)
• Execution of formation, bridges and track works
• Coordination with Railways and State Government authorities
• Monitoring innovations, materials under trials and emerging technologies
