Job summary

TRIARQ is seeking a DevOps Team Lead Engineer with 4-8 years of experience to design and manage CI/CD pipelines, and to deploy and operate applications on cloud platforms using Docker and Kubernetes.

You will oversee 3-4 member DevOps teams, ensure system security, and implement monitoring and logging solutions to maintain reliability and performance across development, testing, and production environments.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in a DevOps or related engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Strong experience with at least one cloud provider (GCP preferred, AWS, or Azure).
• Knowledge of logging, monitoring, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK, Stackdriver, Grafana).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar) is a plus.
• Good understanding of networking, security, and system administration concepts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills. Should be able to manage a team with 3-4 members.
