Job summary

Iris Software, Inc. in India is seeking a seasoned DevOps and Cloud Engineer to own and advance enterprise cloud initiatives.

You will design and govern CI/CD pipelines, IaC with CloudFormation/CDK/Terraform, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and deliver resilient, scalable cloud solutions across AWS, while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, and AWS Lambda experience required.
• Familiarity with AWS CloudFormation and Docker essentials.
• Knowledge of monitoring with CloudWatch and SNS is essential.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive DevOps and cloud engineering strategies.
• Establish CI/CD governance using Jenkins and Git.
• Define IaC frameworks using CloudFormation, CDK, and Terraform.
• Lead containerization with Docker, ECR, EKS, and Fargate.
• Architect scalable cloud hosting with EC2, Auto Scaling, Load Balancing, AWS App Runner, and AWS Lambda.
• Drive cloud automation, infrastructure modernization, and deployment transformation.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks using CloudWatch.
• Lead governance, platform standardization, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Define reliability, scalability, availability, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Guide teams on DevOps architecture and automation best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to align cloud initiatives with objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement for cloud maturity and platform reliability.
• Drive innovation in data engineering and analytics capabilities.
• Demonstrates leadership and accountability across programs.
