• Drive automation via Python scripting and automated monitoring.
• Integrate AI tools to improve documentation, troubleshooting, and knowledge management.

Role Overview We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to spearhead CI/CD automation, cloud infrastructure management, and release governance across a diverse enterprise ecosystem. You will be responsible for orchestrating seamless deployments for Data Engineering platforms, Salesforce, and JDE projects while pioneering the integration of agentic AI-driven workflows into our DevOps lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline & Infra Ownership: Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Bitbucket) and manage AWS infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Enterprise Release Management: Lead complex deployment coordination, environment readiness, and change management for Salesforce, JDE, and data platforms.
• Automation & Scripting: Drive operational efficiency through advanced Python scripting and automated monitoring.
• AI-Driven Engineering: Integrate cutting-edge AI tools (Claude Code, MCP servers, Graph RAG) to revolutionize documentation, troubleshooting, and operational knowledge management.
• Governance & Collaboration: Maintain high security and audit standards while serving as a strategic bridge between development, data engineering, and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record in a Lead/Senior DevOps role within a cloud-native AWS environment.
• Core Stack: Expert-level proficiency in Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, Terraform, CloudFormation, and Python.
• Domain Knowledge: Solid experience in release management and deployment processes for Data platforms and enterprise applications (Salesforce/JDE).
• Modern DevOps: Passion for leveraging AI-assisted engineering (e.g., agentic AI, knowledge systems like Obsidian) to scale operational excellence.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills to navigate complex, multi-team environments and resolve infrastructure/deployment bottlenecks.
