Job summary

HSBC Software Development India is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant Specialist to design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across applications, databases, Spark and infrastructure. You will automate end-to-end delivery, create reusable templates and define robust alerting and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience in SRE, DevOps, platform engineering or production operations.
• Strong CI/CD pipeline development and troubleshooting capability.
• Experience with databases, Kubernetes, containers and Apache Spark deployments.
• Practical infrastructure-as-code and configuration-as-code experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell or another automation language.
• Knowledge of monitoring, observability, alerting and service-level objectives.
• Experience working within change, incident, problem and release-management processes.
• Experience with GCP or another major public-cloud platform.
• Helm, Kustomize or GitOps experience.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry or comparable observability tooling.
• Relevant cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps or SRE certifications.
