Job summary

Headstream Technologies is seeking a technically strong Development Manager who is also an active individual contributor with deep hands-on coding in Angular, .NET Core, and Azure DevOps. This full-stack leadership role lets you shape architecture while actively building scalable software solutions.

You will lead a cross-functional engineering team, contribute code, review design decisions, and drive best practices across CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of full-stack development experience with Angular and .NET Core.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role.
• Azure DevOps, .NET Core, SQL, Angular 8 and above proficiency.
• Strong RESTful APIs, microservices and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience coaching and growing high-performing engineering teams.
• Git, Docker and testing frameworks knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Architect full-stack application developments with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Manage end-to-end delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps tools (CI/CD, Repos, Artifacts)
• Collaborate closely with product manager, design teams and stake holders to deliver customer-centric solutions in line business goals.
• Conduct regular code reviews, troubleshoot technical challenges, and optimize performance
• Guide sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies

Must-Have Skills
