Job summary

Headstream Technologies is seeking a technically strong Software Architect who will act as both leader and hands-on contributor, with deep coding experience in Angular, .NET Core, and Azure DevOps, to shape architecture and deliver scalable, secure software.

You will guide cross-functional teams, own design decisions, and drive end-to-end delivery pipelines while mentoring engineers to adopt best practices and maintain high performance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of full-stack development experience with Angular and .NET Core.
• Minimum 3+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, .NET Core, SQL, and Angular 8+.
• Strong RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architecture knowledge.
• Proven coaching abilities to grow high-performing teams.
• Git, Docker, and testing frameworks understanding.
• Excellent English communication for cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to coding, architecture design, and core feature implementation.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional software development team.
• Architect full-stack applications focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Manage end-to-end delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps CI/CD, Repos, Artifacts.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to coding, architecture design, and implementation of core features
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of software developers
• Architect full-stack application developments with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Manage end-to-end delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps tools (CI/CD, Repos, Artifacts)
• Collaborate closely with product manager, design teams and stake holders to deliver customer-centric solutions in line business goals.
• Conduct regular code reviews, troubleshoot technical challenges, and optimize performance
• Guide sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies
• Foster engineering best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement

Must-Have Skills

• Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, micro services, and cloud-native architecture

• Solid understanding of source control (Git), containerization (Docker) and testing frameworks
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional discussions
• Experience with Azure cloud services like App Services
• Strategic Thinking & Problem solving skills are required.
