Quess IT Solutions in Chennai seeks a senior CAD designer with 8–12 years of experience in UG NX/CATIA to lead advanced part development. The role requires expertise in die and mould design, GD&T, and PFMEA, with exposure to vehicle testing and homologation across body, paint and assembly lines.

Applicants should understand manufacturing processes and PPAP/DV/PV testing, and contribute to robust design validation for automotive components.

Formación

• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant CAD design experience.
• Experience with UG NX and CATIA.
• Knowledge of Die design and Mould design.
• Familiarity with PFMEA, DV/PV Testing and PPAP is desirable.
• Understanding of GD&T and vehicle testing, homologation, virtual testing, and materials.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes at body shop, paint shop and general assembly.

• Panel Defect Identification / Correction
