Job summary

Wenger & Watson in Pune, India seeks an experienced BIW specialist to contribute to automotive BIW design and development across bonnet, fender, door, tailgate and body panels, delivering robust concepts from concept to validation.

The role requires strong Catia-V5 surface modelling skills, hands-on DFx knowledge (design for manufacturing, assembly and serviceability) and a good grasp of homologation processes, tooling and OEM practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent hands on experience on automotive BIW projects.
• Excellent in BIW Design & Development (Bonnet, Fender, Door, Tailgate & Body panels).
• Strong Catia-V5 surface modelling working experience.
• Experience in DFx ( Design for Mfg., assembly & Serviceability).
• Knowledge in Homologation, tooling, Joineries, fixings, Materials, OEM processes etc.
