Job summary

Bradsol (BRAD Contech Solutions Pvt Ltd) seeks a skilled Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. The role requires hands-on experience building multiple business apps from scratch and migrating legacy solutions to the Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years in IT, with at least 3 years on the Power Platform, and a track record of delivering 6-8 enterprise apps.

Role Summary

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building multiple business applications from the ground up and should be capable of independently owning end-to-end application development, enhancements, and migration initiatives from legacy technologies to Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Independently build business applications from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Design scalable and reusable Power Platform architectures and solution frameworks.
• Develop Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, automated workflows, and integrations with external systems.
• Create and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, forms, views, and security models.
• Perform application modernization and migration from legacy technologies (e.g., SharePoint, Excel-based solutions, QuickBase, Access, Lotus Notes, .NET/PHP-based applications, etc.) to Microsoft Power Platform.
• Estimate effort, prepare technical design documents, and provide development best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support UAT, deployment, release management, and production support activities.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform architecture and best practices.
• Experience in application migration and modernization projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and deliver within project timelines.
