Job summary

Electrolux is seeking a Developer - CRM in Bengaluru, to join the CDI Engineering Organization - CRM team. You will help define and implement CRM solutions, collaborate with global teams, and work within a scaled Agile setup to deliver backlog items for Post Purchase Consumer Service & Sales Digital Product.

You will build and test high-quality code, integrate with SAP and non-SAP backends, and drive DevOps practices for regular production deployments.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with CRM solutions (SAP Service Cloud, Salesforce or similar).
• Hands-on integration experience of CRM with ERP or non-SAP apps via CPI, Microservices, BTP or similar middleware.
• Experience configuring SAP C4C including workflows, UI personalization and rules.

Responsibilities

• Implement and test low-level CRM solutions that are stable, scalable and high-performance from UX/CX perspective.
• Deliver high quality code, configurations and documentation across all SDLC phases.
• Work in a Scaled Agile framework to deliver on business requirements in your product team.
• Collaborate with CRM C4C developers, domain experts, SMEs and cloud-native developers both internal and external partners.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across the globe to ensure system integrity and release governance.
• Follow DevOps practices to deploy to production on a bi-weekly cadence.

All about the role:

As a Developer - CRM, you will be part of CDI Engineering Organization - CRM team and will be a key player within Post Purchase Consumer Service & Sales Digital Proudct team that helps discover and define the problem statement for our Contact Center and Field service operations and deliver on product backlog. You will create detailed Functional spec, Technical Specs and implement scalable CRM solutions in a global landscape. You will work in a scaled agile products teams set-up and responsible to support our Product Managers with delivering backlog as per set prioritization.

Together with our Engineering service team you will drive transformation in a complex IT delivery landscape, consulting with Delivery Leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters,Senior developers and Tech leads among other stakeholders to enable successful continuous delivery in both Agile and traditional project management way. You will work, on daily basis, with colleagues remotely that are based in other countries.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for implementing & testing low-level technical solutions that are stable, scalable & deliver high performance from UX & CX perspective.
• You will deliver high quality code, configurations and documents deliverable during all phases of software development flow.
• You will work in a Scaled Agile framework & will be responsible for delivering on Business requirements in your Products team.
• You will work very closely with other CRM C4C developers, CRM domain experts, SME’s and Cloud Native developers both internal and from external partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe to ensure the overall integrity of the entire system’s landscape.
• Follow industry best practice and release governance
• Demonstrate and infuse modern development practices by following DevOps practices ensuring deployments into production on at least a bi-weekly basis.

Who are you:

• University graduate in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business or related areas.
• 3+ years of experience as a Functional or Techno Functional in CRM solutions (SAP Service Cloud, Salesforce or similar) based on Service and Sales processes in large transformation projects.
• Hands-on implementation experience of integrating CRM solutions with other SAP backend applications like ERP or non-SAP applications using CPI, Microservices, BTP or similar middleware
• Hands on experience in configuring and customizing SAP C4C solutions including Business Rules, Workflow, Approvals, ticket routing rules, KUT field and UI personalization.
• Hands-on implementation experience of REST, SOAP API Web services & standard OData API’s in C4C is a must
• Fluent in at least one of the .NET, Java, python or NodeJS as well as front-end, and back-end development skills.
• You have very good communication, analytical, conceptual skills and high affinity for learning and building technology skillset.
• Proficient in data migration techniques (using Data Workbench, CSV, Mass Data Maintenance).
• Experience working alongside at least one of the following: Cloud platforms like Azure, Power Platform, MongoDB.
• Experience in test automation, testing & test tools is a plus.
• Understanding of ABSL, UI Script, UI designer in Cloud Applications Studio (SDK) to develop and deploy complex C4C solutions, CRM software (preferably SAP C4C Service Cloud / Sales Cloud) is good to have.
