Electrolux Group in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Developer to join the Webstore E-commerce team. You will design, develop, and maintain SAP Commerce Cloud-based applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure e-commerce solutions.

You will customize promotions, payments, and order processing modules, contribute to architecture decisions, and mentor junior developers while staying current with industry trends.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of integration within digital commerce ecosystems.
• Experience customizing promotions, payments and order processing modules in SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Proficient in Java Spring, relational databases, and scalable architecture.

All about the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join the Webstore E-commerce team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in e-commerce technologies to develop scalable, high-performance solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain e-commerce applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, platform leads, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to architectural discussions, providing input on best practices and technical improvements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain automated test coverage.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including backend, design, and QA teams, to ensure cohesive product delivery.
• Support the Lead Developer in technical decision-making and mentoring junior developers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance development practices.

Who are you:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience working on SAP cloud commerce.
• Proven experience in e-commerce platforms and solutions, with a solid understanding of their integration within digital commerce ecosystems.
• Proven experience in customizing promotion, payment, and order processing modules within SAP Commerce Cloud.
• Strong knowledge in Java Spring frameworks and relational databases.
• Strong experience with scalable architecture, API design, and modular development.
• Good understanding of CICD pipeline and test automation.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native components and a strong understanding of containerization technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Reporting Line: The position will report to the Engineering Manager
