Electrolux Group in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced Senior Developer- FSM to architect and implement service-operations tech solutions. You will work on the FSM platform, including FSM Client, PSO, and integration frameworks, using .NET and React Native within a PaaS environment.

You will lead configuration, design robust APIs, and drive DevOps practices, with 8+ years in IT and 2+ years in IFS FSM; hybrid work model offered with strong collaboration across teams.

All about the role:

As a IFS Senior Developer- FSM, you will work with service operations technology platform (FSM Client, FSM Mobile, PSO and FSM integration framework) and work on some native application built in .NET framework/React Native. We are looking for an expert with significant experience in architecting integrated platforms solutions. In total you should have 8 + years of experience in IT industry along and at least 2+ year experience in IFS FSM solution configuration to join our Service operations tech platform.

About the CDI Experience Organization:

The Consumer Direct Interaction Experience Organization is a Digital Product Organization responsible for delivering tech solutions to our end-users and consumers across both pre-purchase and post-purchase journeys. We are organized in 15+ digital product areas, providing solutions ranging from Contact Center, E-commerce, Marketing, and Identity to AI. You will play a key role in ensuring the right sizing, right skillset, and core competency across these product areas.

What you’ll do:

• As a Senior developer you will work with the Engineering Manager, IFS FSM Development Team of the service operations technology powered by the IFS FSM and PSO components in a PaaS.
• Configure & Customize IFS FSM system within the recommended best practices.
• Must lead all the parameter configuration topic related to PSO system.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .Net codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle
• Architecture Requirements and ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities
• You must work with both external and embedded databases
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Troubleshoot and debug issues and provide timely solutions.
• Optimize app performance and ensure responsiveness.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• As per project requirement you must work on Modern C# and .NET
• React/ React Native or similar framework

• Building application using modern AI Technologies
• API Integration includes handling authentication, data parsing, and error handling.
• You will be part of the Field Service Management team having a combined responsibility of delivering solutions for end users involved in service operations domain.
• You should strive for continuous Improvements of base functionalities in FSM.
• You will own the development activities and responsibility for managing technical risks
• You should monitoring & executing technical spikes, PoCs and experiments.
• Solving technical issues occurring during the implementation and deployment phase.
• Support enhancements to production systems including resolving issues related to recent releases.
• Partner and work collaboratively with cross-functional platform and other platform owners to ensure the overall integrity of the entire systems landscape.
• Understand industry best practice and engage with platform providers and vendors to align capabilities and influence standard product roadmaps.
• Demonstrate and infuse modern development practices by following DevOps practices ensuring deployments into production on at least a bi-weekly basis.

Who are you:

• Person should have ability to lead Technical discussions and having Strong ability to identify and manage risks in the project.
• Hands-on experience of all the Configuration, UI Designing Tool and Customization capabilities of IFSM FSM applications
• Hands-on experience in FSM configuration & Customization.
• Hands-on experience in FSM mobile application Designing, Client scripting and Customization.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Version Control: Proficiency in using version control systems like Git for collaborative development and code management.
• Familiarity with issue and project tracking software such as Jira
• Exposure to backend technologies and concepts
• Experience with owning and maintaining large software components
• Experience providing technical leadership to developers
• Proficiency in integrating APIs into mobile applications, including handling authentication, data parsing, and error handling.
• You are collaborative with experience of interacting with Agile teams including product owners and design teams and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• You have technical or team leadership experience and are comfortable working with business stakeholders
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and test automation of IFS FSM modules
• Experience working with translating field service management and service business processes to sustainable and scalable IT solutions.
• Experience in sizing and understanding of the IFS hosted solutions.
• Strong experience with exposing native platform capabilities to external platforms and consuming external services through API, Micro-services and SDK integrations
