What You'll Do:

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and operational improvement of solutions using GCP, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog.
• Provide hands-on technical direction, conduct reviews, and ensure delivery quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Plan and coordinate technical activities, remove delivery blockers, and support timely completion of commitments.
• Mentor team members and promote engineering standards, automation, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve service reliability and delivery outcomes.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong hands-on experience with GCP, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog and the ability to apply these skills in enterprise delivery environments.
• Experience leading technical delivery, reviewing solutions, and guiding team members through complex implementation challenges.
• Sound understanding of software or infrastructure lifecycle practices, security, performance, monitoring, and operational support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, ownership, stakeholder management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, quality, security, cloud, and operations teams.
