Job summary

APS Building Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Draftsman/Detailer to create assembly and single-part drawings, read input designs, edit fabrication and erection drawings, and manage a team of detailers. Strong communication is mandatory, with ability to prepare final client packages including nesting files and reports.

Responsibilities include estimating steel quantities, preparing RFI letters, generating fabrication and erection drawings, BOM verification for field construction, and

Qualifications

• Ability to create assembly and single-part drawings independently.
• Ability to read input design drawings.
• Experience editing fabrication and erection drawings.
• Experience leading a team of detailers and extracting work.
• Strong communication skills are mandatory.
• Basic modeling, member placement and GA understanding.
• Ability to prepare final client package including nesting files, reports and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Preparing quantity of steel and Time Estimates for job, deliverables involved in the Assigned Scope .
• Writing Technical letters and RFI’s
• Generating and verifying Structural Fabrication drawings, Erection drawings.
• Generating Reports and verifying Bil of materials for field constructions
• Actively involved in scheduling and managing functionalities.
