We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Destination Manager – Australia & New Zealand to lead B2C sales conversions, manage a team of counselors, and drive end-to-end student acquisition and visa success.

The role requires strong leadership, sales ownership, and in-depth knowledge of the Australia & New Zealand education and visa landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2C sales conversions for Australia & New Zealand study programs
• Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Monitor lead funnel, conversion ratios, and optimize performance
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize enrollments

2. Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of study abroad counselors
• Set individual and team KPIs (calls, conversions, applications, visas)
• Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions
• Ensure high-quality counseling and customer experience

3. End-to-End Student Lifecycle Management

• Ensure adherence to timelines and process efficiency
• Maintain high conversion rates across all stages

4. Visa & Compliance Management

• Drive visa success rates and meet visa approval targets
• Stay updated on Australia & New Zealand visa regulations
