Job summary

ElderGo in Bengaluru is seeking a Travel Product Owner to own trips from sourcing to delivery. You will shape destinations, build on-ground partnerships and work closely with the founders to craft memorable, safe and comfortable journeys for senior travellers.

Based in Bengaluru, you will manage end-to-end itineraries, negotiate with DMCs and vendors, and own the product from ideation to execution with hands-on autonomy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience designing travel itineraries.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and DMCs.
• Ability to plan domestic and international trips end to end.

The Role

You'll own ElderGo's travel products from start to finish - deciding where our travellers go, shaping the journeys, and building the on-ground partnerships that make each trip work. It's a rare mix of creativity, deal-making and ownership: every trip you build carries your fingerprint, and you get to see the joy it creates. You'll work closely with the founders, with real freedom to shape how ElderGo travels.

Who Should Apply

• At least 2 years of experience designing travel itineraries and coordinating with vendors/ DMCs - this is essential.
• Hands-on experience planning trips across multiple destinations, in India and abroad.
• A sharp eye for detail and a natural flair for negotiation.
• Someone who likes to own their work end to end - not wait to be handed a checklist.
• Based in Bengaluru, or ready to be.
