Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an Intune and MDM specialist to deploy and manage Microsoft Intune tenants end-to-end, including device enrollment, policy configuration, and app protection. You will drive migrations from third-party MDM to Intune and ensure secure hybrid AD/AD joined devices with MFA and conditional access.

Responsibilities include policy deployment, enrollment troubleshooting, and collaboration with device vendors to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and configuring Intune tenants to meet customer needs.
• Strong knowledge of MDM and device/app management.
• Hands-on with Azure AD, MFA and conditional access.
• Migration experience from 3rd party MDM to Intune.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Intune tenant and mobile policies to match customer requirements.
• Migrate from AirWatch/MobileIron/Citrix XenMobile/etc. to Intune.
• Manage Azure AD / hybrid AD joined devices with conditional access and MFA.
• Troubleshoot enrollment and access issues for devices and apps.
• Coordinate with device vendors for device-related issues.

• Ability to Deploy MS Intune Tenant and configuration as per customer needs
• Ability to configure Mobile Device Policy, Restriction, Enrollments, profile and policy and compliance configuration
• Ability to manage and configure Mobile device and Application management solution
• Intune Management of Windows 10
• Ability to deploy and publish company portal for Mobile application
• Ability to configure application protection policy
• Ability to configure Azure AD / Hybrid AD Joined devices with MFA and Conditional access enabled
• Extensive knowledge on Windows Auto Pilot
• Extensive knowledge on Windows Hello for Business
• Extensive knowledge on Defender ATP and Azure ATP
• Ability to implement Configuration profiles/Compliance policies
• Hand-on experience in EMS for access and data protection management
• Ability to configure policy for BYOD and Corporate Owned devices(Apple DEP/ABM)
• Ability to develop automated solutions Subscriptions and licenses Apple APN cert Management
• Coordination with Mobile device vendor in case of any device related issue

Migration of 3rd Party MDM to MS Intune :

• Migrating from Airwatch/MobileIron/Citrix XenMobile/IBM Maas360/etc to Intune
• Having good knowledge on planning and designing of Intune migration
• Having knowledge on Mobile device inventory
• MDM solutioning experience

Azure Active Directory / On-prem Active Directory /GPO :

• Should have fair knowledge on Azure AD / AAD Connect / GPO
• Ability to understand Conditional Access Policy
• Fair knowledge in MFA and Cloud Identity Model
• Troubleshooting related to users not able to enroll devices
• Troubleshooting related to users not able to access their myapps portal (Access Panel)
• Troubleshooting related to user not able to see apps on company portal
• Policies not getting applied on devices
• Publishing available and mandatory apps to devices
• Configuring Application wrapping for Custom Mobile apps
