Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking an Intune/MDM specialist to deploy and manage MS Intune tenants across customer environments. You will enroll Windows devices, publish the company portal, and configure protection policies to secure corporate data on managed devices.

Deep expertise in Windows Autopilot, Hello for Business, Defender ATP/Azure ATP, and policy management is required, with coordination for vendor support and license governance.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in MS Intune deployment and configuration per customer needs.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and Defender ATP/Azure ATP.
• Ability to implement configuration profiles, compliance policies, and mobile device management.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure MS Intune tenants as per customer needs.
• Handle Windows device enrollment and publish company portal for devices.
• Configure application protection policies and BYOD/corporate policies.
• Manage hybrid Azure AD joined devices with MFA and Conditional Access.
• Monitor and optimize update deployment via Intune and EMS suites.
• Coordinate with vendors for device issues and license management.

Job description

• Ability to Deploy MS Intune Tenant and configuration as per customer needs
• Windows Device Enrollment
• Ability to deploy and publish company portal for Mobile application and windows devices
• Ability to configure application protection policy
• Ability to configure Azure AD Hybrid AD Joined devices with MFA and Conditional access enabled
• Extensive knowledge on Windows Auto Pilot
• Extensive knowledge on Windows Hello for Business
• Extensive knowledge on Defender ATP and Azure ATP
• Ability to implement Configuration profiles/Compliance policies
• Hand-on experience in EMS (Endpoint Management Solution) for access and data protection management
• Provided expert-level management of Windows update deployments through Intune
• Developed and implemented best practices for managing Windows updates via Intune,
• Monitored and analyzed Windows update deployment metrics in Intune, addressing any anomalies or issues to ensure smooth and compliant update processes across all devices
