Job summary

Marvell Design and Projects Private Limited in India seeks an experienced mechanical engineer to prepare Mechanical Data Sheets (MDS) and General Arrangement (GA) drawings for static equipment such as pressure vessels, reactors, heat exchangers, columns, and tanks.

The role includes reviewing vendor drawings for non-metallic and glass-lined equipment, coordinating with vendors and project teams, and ensuring compliance with project specs and industry standards.

Qualifications

• ITI Draftsman or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of Mechanical Data Sheets (MDS) and General Arrangement (GA) Drawings for static equipment.
• Vendor drawing review and approval to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Development and maintenance of a comprehensive database for static equipment and related engineering documents.
• Standardization of engineering practices, templates, and design documentation.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, project requirements, and applicable codes during engineering and design activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, project teams, and stakeholders for timely resolution of technical queries.
• Support engineering deliverables through design verification and document control processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for engineering efficiency and quality enhancement.
