Job summary

MARVELL is seeking a motivated Mechanical Engineering Graduate to begin a career in Piping Engineering and Design. The GET will support piping layouts, engineering documentation, drawing preparation, and multidisciplinary coordination under senior guidance.

The ideal candidate has strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering, a basic understanding of piping components, and the ability to read drawings and P&IDs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in mechanical engineering is required.
• Fresh graduate with 0–1 year experience acceptable.
• Familiarity with piping design software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and modification of piping layouts and drawings.
• Support isometrics, GA drawings, and related deliverables.
• Read P&IDs, equipment layouts, and piping specifications.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams under senior guidance.
• Maintain updated drawings and respond to review comments.
• Follow project standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and modification of piping layouts and drawings.
• Support piping isometrics, GA drawings, and related deliverables.
• Read P&IDs;, equipment layouts, piping specifications, and engineering inputs.
• Assist senior engineers/designers in routing and piping design activities.
• Support MTO/BOM, line lists, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Incorporate review comments and maintain updated drawings.
• Follow project standards, codes, quality requirements, and deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of piping components, valves, fittings, supports, and equipment connections.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and P&IDs.;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn piping design software.
