Navrang HR Solutions seeks engineers with hands-on CAD design and automation experience to conceptualize and deliver small-scale automation projects in manufacturing. You will identify bottlenecks, implement automated processes, and study ergonomic improvements while leveraging AI tools for practical shopfloor gains.

The role focuses on applying core design software, simulation, robotics basics, and AI-assisted methods to improve efficiency and reduce costs in real-world processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD software for product design and development.
• Understanding of GD&T, DFM/DOA and design for manufacturability.
• Familiarity with simulation tools (FEA) and AI-enabled shopfloor solutions.

Responsabilités

• Conceptualize, design, and execute small automation initiatives for processes and material handling.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement automated solutions where feasible.
• Study and apply workplace ergonomics methods (Time-Method-Work study).
• Leverage AI tools to derive cost-effective, deployable shopfloor solutions.

Simulation & Analysis :

Ansys, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Structural Analysis, Stress Analysis, MATLAB, Simulink, Engineering Calculations.

Robotics & Automation :

Robot Operating System, Gazebo, Robot Kinematics, Motion Planning, Sensor Integration, Industrial Robotics Fundamentals, Autonomous Systems.
