The Job Requirements

Students and freshers with a strong eye for detail and quality can apply. A portfolio, personal projects, academic work, organisational systems, documentation, or any body of work that demonstrates attention to detail, structured thinking, and a commitment to quality. (Academic qualifications are secondary, we judge applications solely on the basis of work and potential.)

Strong organisational skills with the ability to review, document, and manage multiple deliverables effectively.

An understanding of design principles, branding, layouts, visual consistency, and creative workflows is a plus.

Reviewing creative deliverables across graphic & visual design, digital, marketing, and communication projects before final delivery.

Checking layouts, files, content, and deliverables for consistency, accuracy, organisation, and adherence to project requirements.

Maintaining quality standards, design systems, templates, and internal processes across the studio.

Coordinating with NOCT’s in‑house team at the Panchgani studio as well as any other remote team members.

Collaborating with team members and actively participating in discussions and brainstorming sessions.

Taking ownership of quality checks across multiple projects while ensuring timelines and standards are met.

Collaborating with designers and project teams to identify and resolve quality gaps, inconsistencies, or missing elements.

Documenting feedback, observations, and quality benchmarks to support efficient project execution.

Recruitment Process

Video interview with a NOCT team member

• If you’re through the first round, we’ll set up a video interview with you. You will be required to share your screen and walk us through some of your work.

• In case we feel that we need a better understanding of your design skills after the interview, we’ll ask you to complete a short design exercise.

Group interview with the NOCT core team

You’ve come really far already! Now, all you need to do is show the NOCT core team that you are the best candidate for the role.

Select & Onboard

Selected candidates will be intimated and the onboarding process will begin. We will need you to sign the employment agreements before work begins.
