Job summary

Pearce Services Global is seeking a motivated telecom design quality professional in Mohali, India to ensure adherence to AT&T standards and regional regulations. You will review designs, verify feasibility, and coordinate with overseas teams to align objectives and specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecom design and quality assurance.
• Working knowledge of AT&T standards and regional regulations.
• Familiarity with Outside Plant, right-of-way, and utility coordination.
• Experience with FTTH/FTTX projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on telecom design prints.
• Evaluate feasibility, cost, and performance of proposed designs.
• Ensure compliance with AT&T general and regional standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define design objectives and specs.
• Provide feedback to designers on errors and improvements.
• Support manager in plans to improve design quality.
• Keep organized data of QC'd files and milestones.
• Maintain compliance with Pearce database for project milestones.

Job description

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Quality Check on Design Prints from each aspect.
• Evaluate technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and performance of proposed designs.
• Ensure compliance with AT&T General and Regional standards, regulations, and best practices in AT&T telecom design.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to define design objectives and specifications.
• Provide Feedback to the Designers on Errors.
• Support Manager on plans to Improve the Quality of Designers.
• Keep Organised Data of files that has been through Quality Check.
• Keep Compliance with Pearce Database for Project Milestone Dates

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrated expertise in handling various job types such as ASE, F1, FTTP, and IFP, adhering to ATT standards.
• Hands-on experience with ARAMIS-DT, a valuable tool for efficient project management and quality assurance within ATT projects.
• In-depth familiarity with ATT portals, including APEX, IMAGINE, MIC, XNG, and NOVA, AOTX, USH, LFACS, CEOOT
• A thorough understanding/experience in the Outside Plant telecom industry, public right-of-way, private easements, existing utilities such as water, sewer, electric, gas, and other underground and aerial utilities.
• Experience in FTTX (G-PON) designing and Knowledge on Reading Copper Networks and understanding of Copper Terminology.
• A good understanding on the Requirement on Permits and Jurisdiction Requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on data and insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as need to communicate with overseas team.
• Proven experience in AT&T FTTH/ BAU.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
