Job summary

First Source Energy India is seeking a dedicated professional to support design and engineering across solar and wind projects. You will review electrical documents, feasibility studies, and participate in proposal discussions, design finalization, and project handover.

Key tasks include optimizing system design for cost efficiency while maintaining performance, and collaborating with business development to advance opportunities. This role is permanent and full-time in the energy sector.

Qualifications

• Review and validate technical documents for Renewable Energy solutions including SLDs, wiring diagrams, electrical designs, PVSYST reports, structural designs, site plans and OM manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Business Development and Project Team through all stages of the project, including feasibility, proposals, design finalization, technical discussions, execution and handover.
• Achieve cost reduction targets through system design optimization and value engineering.
• Demonstrate self-driven, proactive networking with all levels of staff.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Awareness of Design Fundamentals: Review and validate technical documents including Electrical Single-Line drawings, Wiring diagrams, Electrical designs, PVSYST Report, Structural designs, Site plans and Operation Maintenance (OM) manuals for all Renewable Energy solutions like PV Solar plants, Wind energy etc.
• Technical support to Business Development and Project Team: Provide Technical support to Business Development and Project Team in all stages of project including site feasibility, proposal submission, design finalization, technical discussions with customer, project execution and project handover.
• Cost Optimization in Design: Achieve Cost Reduction targets through System Design Optimization and Value Engineering.
• Personal Attributes: Self-driven and result oriented.

• Personal Attributes: Ability to visualize effects of each action and give pro-active solutions.
