Job summary

Steel Infra Solutions (SISCOL) in Bengaluru, India is seeking a senior structural design engineer to lead and deliver complex steel and highrise projects. The role demands strong technical leadership and close collaboration with clients, site teams, and internal design groups.

You will oversee a team of 6 senior design engineers, ensure compliance with IS, BS, EN and AISC codes, and drive project execution from concept through fabrication and erection.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of structural engineering.
• Experience with highrise and complex steel structures.
• Strong understanding of connection design & development.
• Knowledge of IS, BS, EN & AISC codes.
• Independently handle project and guide the team.
• Organize and attend client meetings, site & shop visits.
• Coordinate internal (in-house) & external (client & site) activities.
• Manage a team of 6 senior design engineers.
