The ideal candidate is a graduate in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of experience in ballastless track/bridges, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and expertise in interface coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in structural design of ballastless track structures or bridges.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in design and interface coordination for infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design activities across infrastructure / metro / railway projects.
• Coordinate interfaces between design, execution, procurement, systems, and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of design packages aligned with project schedules.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Resolve design conflicts, interface risks, and construction-related issues.
• Monitor design changes and maintain proper technical documentation.
• Support bid management and project planning with technical feasibility inputs.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety norms, and industry standards.
• Strong knowledge of civil & structural design for metro/railway/infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in interface coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with IS, IRC, Eurocodes, and other relevant standards.
