Job summary

Tecnovisions in India seeks experienced engineers to maintain design documentation and lead Continuous Engineering for existing products, driving improvements in design and performance. Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining design documentation and criteria.

Job Summary

One of our esteemed clients is looking for experienced, diligent, intelligent engineers with demonstrated experience. Main objective is to maintain design documentation as per the criterias; manage Continuous Engineering Activity for Existing Products; improve the design and performance of Existing Products.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generating ideas for new products by researching and testing manufacturing and assembly processes and materials, as well as by examining client requirements and operator feedback.
• Evaluate and address production difficulties, design optimization, and technological feasibility issues
• Use simulation and analysis to improve the design by considering thermal, mechanism, and other factors.
• Testing samples of various components to choose the best ones that meet the requirements of the new product brief
• Establish and document part/product specifications and test procedures
• Offer technical assistance and support for any product's industrialization efforts, including manufacturability, tooling, assembly process design, product cost, workflow, quality, and safety.
• Design and modify machinery for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components in order to develop and implement manufacturing/assembly processes.
• Develop prototypes and complete functional testing. Fine Tune designs till they are ready for production
• Work with other departments to execute design, technology, product development, and vendor strategy
• Review, approve and / or modify product designs
• Study, evaluate, and recommend process re-design
• Assist in day-to-day process development to ensure product quality, timely product shipments, continuing cost effectiveness and profitability
• Qualify and approve new products from new or existing vendors
• Analysis & Rectification of errors related to product and its development like designing, quality, etc
