Authentic Staffing Agency in Savli, Vadodara, Gujarat, seeks an experienced Design & Engineering Manager to lead the engineering design function for a process equipment & heavy engineering manufacturer. Location is Savli, Vadodara, and the role requires managing a design team and delivering ASME-compliant designs.

The candidate should have 10–12 years of experience in pressure vessel, heat exchanger, and static equipment design, with hands-on PV Elite and AutoCAD skills and ASME code knowledge,

Qualifications

• Experience in designing pressure vessels, heat exchangers and static equipment.
• Thorough knowledge of ASME codes and applicable design standards.
• Hands-on PV Elite and AutoCAD experience.
• ASME U-Stamp certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design and engineering team.
• Design and review Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers & Static Equipment.
• Perform and review design calculations as per ASME & EN Codes.
• Coordinate with clients, production, QA/QC and other internal departments.
• Ensure timely execution and completion of engineering activities.

We are looking for an experienced Design & Engineering Manager to lead the engineering design function for a reputed Process Equipment & Heavy Engineering Manufacturing organization in Savli, Vadodara, Gujarat.

Position: Design & Engineering Manager

Experience: 1012 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical

Location: Savli, Vadodara

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Design & Engineering team.


• Design and review Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers & Static Equipment.


• Perform and review design calculations as per ASME & EN Codes.


• Handle PV Elite, Manual Design Calculations & AutoCAD.


• Review engineering drawings, calculations and technical documentation.


• Coordinate with clients, production, QA/QC and other internal departments.


• Ensure timely execution and completion of engineering activities.


• Provide technical guidance and support to the design team.

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in Pressure Vessel / Heat Exchanger / Static Equipment Design.


• Thorough knowledge of ASME Codes and applicable design standards.


• Hands-on experience with PV Elite and AutoCAD.


• Experience in an ASME U-Stamp Certified Company will be highly preferred.


• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.


• Candidates from Process Equipment, Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchanger or Heavy Engineering Manufacturing industries are preferred.
