Job summary

ALTEN India in Chennai (Chengalpattu) is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and develop automotive plastic components for passenger vehicles.

You will work with UG NX to create drawings and 3D models, maintain layouts, and archive designs in the information system, ensuring technical convergence.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience and a BE or Master in Mechanical or related field; full-time, on-site employment in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Design and development of automotive plastic components for passenger vehicles.
• Experience in interior/exterior trims and drawing/3D modeling.
• Knowledge of commodity design rules and technical convergence.
