Job summary

Indovance Private Limited in Pune, Maharashtra, invites applications for a Civil Designer – Survey drafting position. BE Civil is preferred, with 2–5 years of design experience, especially in land surveying and drafting for USA projects.

You will work on Civil 3D, AutoCAD and Carlson Survey, communicating with clients, and delivering accurate boundary, topo, and ALTA plans. Night shift is required (4:00 pm IST – 1:00 am IST).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of Design experience.
• Previous experience in Drafting - Land Surveying projects. (USA)
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ready for night shift 4:00 pm IST to 1:00 am IST.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Civil 3D software / Carlson Survey and civil engineering practices.
• Good Boundary and Topographic plan, ALTA plan, As built plan, Point cloud data processing.
• Experience in working of Residential and commercial projects.
• Ensuring designs meet client requirements and recognized codes and standards
• Strong understanding of civil Land Surveying principles and practices.
• Managing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, and to client expectations
• Providing technical support to graduate engineers,
• Conduct meetings with the client.
